Father of a 13 Year Old:

“Words can't fully express how grateful l am for the time and energy you've poured into coaching my son in baseball. Your support has been a bright spot for him during this challenging time, giving him something to look forward to and helping him grow in skill and confidence. Knowing he has someone like you in his corner while I'm fighting cancer means the world to me and our family. Your kindness, patience, and dedication are a gift we'll never forget. Thank you for being there and making such a difference. Being there for him while I am unable demonstrates your giving and understanding abilities.

These are gifts that not only flow back to Jack tomorrow his baseball skill set but make him a better person in the community.”

“SAE has helped in so many ways with baseball. This past season was really struggling to find a swing that worked but I went to AJ for help he rly helped me find my swing.

Definitely has lots of knowledge about baseball and really knows how to apply that knowledge into a coachable lesson to help out the player. Saw major improvements in my play. Was super flexible with times and always willing to work as long as the player is willing to put in that work to. Also a great person to learn from for the mental side of the game and how to approach your challenges on and an off the field.

Definitely helped improve my confidence and just be more relaxed out there on the field.”

“I've been working with AJ for about 6 months and it's been an awesome experience. He makes training really fun but also knows how to push me to get better every time.

I've learned not just the fundamentals, but also the mental side of the game, which has helped me a lot. He's super enthusiastic and always keeps the energy up, which makes me look forward to every session.”

“Working with AJ has not only been a pleasure, but an absolute god send for my son Logan to grow as an athlete. AJ's attention to detail and consistent encouragement has completely changed my sons hitting ability and confidence at the plate. He's available to look at video to make sure they're working on any weaknesses and offer encouragement. He encourages education, sleep schedule and overall health and nutrition in addition to fundamentals and mechanics. AJ is an outstanding mentor.”

Father of 8 and 10 Year Old:

“My 10yr old and 8yr old boys absolutely love working with AJ. As a former D1 player AJ teaches them excellent fundamentals and they’ve made rapid improvement - both physical and mental. But by far the BEST thing that AJ has done for my boys is make the game and training fun through his encouragement. He is truly excellent at connecting with my boys - they now have more confidence than ever thanks to the environment he created!”

Father of a 10 Year Old

“My son (9-10U) has worked with AJ one-on-one and also through his winter clinic with his all star crew.

AJ is a great leader and does an impressive job controlling practice and commanding attention.

Keeping kids focused is almost impossible but AJ is able to keep them engaged through excellent and super organized instruction, while also making sessions fun and adding challenges to keep kids reeled in.

My son looks up to AJ as a Division 1 all star but also a friend as he takes the time to know every kid personally and really cares about their development.

I highly recommend working with AJ if your kid loves baseball, whether starting out or an elite athlete looking to refine and get to the next level.”
