Frequently Asked Questions

My child struggles with confidence, pressure, or failure—can you help?

100%. Our mental game workshops and 1-on-1 mentorship help athletes develop:

  • Confidence and focus

  • Resilience after setbacks or injuries

  • Routine and preparation

  • Leadership and communication

Is this expensive? How do your prices work?

We offer flexible, honest pricing:

We’re not ready to commit—can we just do a trial?

Absolutely. Many families start with a single evaluation or training session, then build from there based on trust and results.

Who’s actually working with my child?

Our mentors are former and current student-athletes who’ve played at the college or professional level, and understand the balance of school, recruiting, and performance. Every mentor is hand-picked not just for skill but for their ability to connect with and lead others.

We don’t live near you—can we still join?

Yes! SAE offers virtual training, academic coaching, and consulting via Zoom. You’ll still receive the same high-quality attention, resources, and mentorship—just from the comfort of your home.

There’s a lot out there… what’s the right first step?

That’s exactly what we help with. The first step is simple:

📞 Book your free consultation. We’ll listen, answer questions, and help you decide what’s right for your situation—no pressure, just clarity.

How is SAE different from regular baseball lessons or travel teams?

Most programs focus only on skill. SAE is built for the full journey—athletic and academic. We provide honest mentorship, family consulting, and personalized plans that help student-athletes succeed long after the next tournament ends.

What does the first step look like?

  1. Free Consultation – We learn about your family’s goals, concerns, and current situation.

  2. Assessment – Your athlete completes a baseline evaluation (baseball, academic, mindset).

  3. Personalized Plan – We create a tailored training, academic, and development roadmap.

  4. Ongoing Support – You get access to our mentor network, tracking tools, and consults.
